Classifed Sponsorships The costs of maintaining the huge kingsnake.com classified system cannot be paid for by banner advertising and user accounts alone. To offset the growing costs of hardware, maintenance, and bandwidth, kingsnake.com now offers a specific classified sponsorship that allows your business to directly support its favorite classified section through a sponsor text link on the classified sections index. Sponsorship is limited to 12 sponsors per classified section, maximum. Sponsorship costs $200.00 US Dollars per year and is available only on a first come first serve basis. Sponsorships must be paid in full before the sponsors link will be added to the forum. To view a sample of a classified sponsor link please go to http://www.kingsnake.com/classsample.html. Classified sponsor links are FIXED LINKS and are not sold on a per view basis. All sponsors will be able to view their sponsor link click through data. Please note that by signing up to sponsor our classifieds you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service. Terms Of Service - SponsorshipYour agreement to sponsor a classified section on kingsnake.com constitutes a contract between 0nlineHobbyist.com, Inc. and your business stateing that your business and its employees acting on behalf of the business will abide by all the standard posting rules in the classified section posting Terms of Service. Failure to abide by the classified section Terms of Service will be considered a breach of contract and will cause termination of sponsorship. Anyone using kingsnake.com, or its other related sites and/or features to post pornography, profanity, possibly libelous or slanderous, racist, or threatening messages will immediately have their account terminated. Persons using kingsnake.com to post warnings or notices about other persons or businesses, whether kingsnake.com vendors or not, will immediately have their account terminated. If you have a complaint against a person or business, file it don't post it. File your complaints with our abuse coordinator at abuse@kingsnake.com . All of the services we provide, whether its classifieds or forums, we provide as a service, and grant you the privilege to use them. If you violate that privilege, either knowingly unknowingly, we may contact you and ask you to stop. If you persist or become abusive, belligerent, argumentative with an employee, we have the right and the ability to revoke your sponsorship and other site privileges and cancel your services. Our employees are doing their jobs and being abused is not part of the job. No customer or business pays us enough money to be abusive, and we have no time to deal with abusive individuals or companies. Anyone who has had their account terminated for complaints, violations of our terms of service, or any other site bans may NOT re-register in any format, under any circumstances. kingsnake.com reserves the right to change these terms of service with little or no prior notice. kingsnake.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel any account or refuse sponsorship at our discretion. The above terms are considered a contract between the registrant and OnlineHobbyist.com, Inc. under the laws of the State of Texas. By agreeing to the terms listed above you are agreeing that any and all legal conflicts with OnlineHobbyist.com, Inc. arising from your use of this or any other kingsnake.com or OnlineHobbyist.com, Inc. product, service, or feature, will be resolved in the Texas court system.
